I met with the Oncologist today. No real progress. In fact, as expected, they noted some swelling in the tumor. I’ve been having more headaches, so I’m not surprised and they had been predicting that from the very beginning :-(( .
Anyway, I spent the rest of the day on the couch puking :sick: …but I feel okay now. :smirk:
Anyone know of good places to buy holistic, minimally processed supplements? I usually prefer to just eat healthy, but since I’m…stopped up, supplements might be the best way to go for awhile.
Since I don’t have a strict schedule, I’ve been procrastinating a lot more than I normally would, and poor Harvey keeps having to pick up the slack.

We’re all going on the Father Joe’s 5k walk/run tomorrow morning and then to my Aunt and Uncles for grub. The 5k is for charity and everyone is welcome to join us.

My Big-Brother invited us. They were having a food drive and we got a $10 game card for bringing in some canned goods. It was a lot of fun and I got to eat some steak, mashed potatoes and onion rings. YUMMY. :giggle:
Aunt Debbie took me grocery shopping and out to lunch today. We even stopped for a Starbucks :coffee:

I don’t know that I could go Vegan, but I might be able to do a primarily Vegan diet with a few small changes. He’s a very active man though, and I keep reading that that’s the way to get what you need nutritionally while maintaining a healthy weight. It’s very interesting though and the testimonials seem very promising…and more enjoyable than the juicing thing.
