Procrastination >(
Since I don’t have a strict schedule, I’ve been procrastinating a lot more than I normally would, and poor Harvey keeps having to pick up the slack.

I still have TWO juices to drink and my tummy is very unhappy about it.

Hi, Christina, hope you had a great Thanksgiving! Let me know what juices you are drinking, as I am going to start drinking chlorella and spirulina (recommended by a nutritionist friend!). I get all my vitamins/organics at http://www.swansonvitamins.com/.
Also, I’ve taken a chemo med for the past 23 years, off and on, (methotrexate) and I’ve found that taking a swallow or two of vanilla yogurt helps to ease the pain in the stomach! It puts back the lactobacillus needed for digestion, and yours has been burned out by the chemo/radiation. I wouldn’t take it with the juices, but experiment with it – have some yogurt either before or after solid food, and see how it feels. – Janet Kaemmerling

Thanks for the advice. I like yogurt. I’m just concerned about the whole digestion thing. I’ve heard some people have more trouble with digestion when they consume lactose. I do still have some Greek yogurt on occasion and soy.

Thanks for the heads up about the Chlorella btw. We were already having a little Spiulina, but I may try to find a holistic supplement that incorporates the two without adding something harmful or ruining the nutrient content.
