Momma came over and took me to Costco and we had lunch together (Souplantation to go). We were going to walk or do some yoga, but after that I was pretty tired. :dazed:
Of course when I tried to take a nap after she left…I couldn’t sleep. I HATE THE MEDS they have me on. I feel like a ‘tweaker’ :eek:
It was a short 30 min ab/cardio workout, but I broke a sweat and felt challenged :yes:
It used to be one of those workouts that did nothing for me though. :-(
We went to Indian Princess and ate Curry and Naan and a few other things. Harvey even bought me a Cold Stone ice cream after :drink:
Now I’m full and sleepy, but that’s okay I suppose. :pig2:
It felt great. But I was having trouble with the breathing because of all the tension. I’m used to being flexible and having less chub to deal with. But a couple months of being VERY sedentary has thickened and stiffened me up. It sucks. :weep:
I’m so easily excited these days by little excursions. But I’m getting a crepe for breakfast :victory:
I’m not sure if we’ve mentioned this, but my little brother has almost the same thing I do. He had to have surgery and will be treated much the same as I was.
He’s doing really well though. He has more energy and a lot more patience with people (I’m so jealous). He is younger and very strong though. Anyway, keep him in your thoughts and prayers. My Mom too; she’s really struggling with this. :fingersxd:
Momma came to take me for a little hike again. Only about a mile-and-a-half, but it was a decent incline, so I was huffing and puffing. I’m going to try and get a few things done around the house today and make a healthy dinner for my hubby when he gets home. :victory:
My Momma came over to pick me up for another ‘Mini-hike’, and then took me grocery shopping. I’m going to make eggplant parmesan for dinner (which, as it turns out, is a member of the ‘Nightshade’ family…along with tomatoes, peppers and potatoes). :-((
But it is very yummy. :silly:
I can’t drive…so today was very dull. I was able to get some chores done and take care of the dogs. It was nice, but I can’t do much. I still had stuff I could have and should have done though. That leaves stuff for me to do tomorrow though.
Still improving by the day though…I think. :suspense:
I’m still on steroids so I’m super snappy with everyone; including my doggies. :-((
Kumo even flinched away from me today. He never does that.
