Did a little yoga today

It felt great. But I was having trouble with the breathing because of all the tension. I’m used to being flexible and having less chub to deal with. But a couple months of being VERY sedentary has thickened and stiffened me up. It sucks. :weep:

    Woot – woot!! Way to go… keep it up cause before you know it, you’ll be flexible again! :)

    Yeah. I am happy that I got some exercise…but it really was very easy, and I don’t feel like I got a workout, just a lot of breathing and stretching. Which, I know is still really important, but it’s not what I would consider a ‘good’ workout. I MISS KUNG FU!!!!
