Had a great day today!!

My Momma came over to pick me up for another ‘Mini-hike’, and then took me grocery shopping. I’m going to make eggplant parmesan for dinner (which, as it turns out, is a member of the ‘Nightshade’ family…along with tomatoes, peppers and potatoes). :-((

But it is very yummy. :silly:

    What? Potatoes are in the nightshade family, too? What about yams????

    I don’t think so. I’m still reading about it. But yes, potatoes are in there.
